Shipping information

Items are despatched by DHL or UPS. Delivery is inside 24 hours for all stock types.

Costs of despatch are as follows:

• In Germany per parcel EURO 8.65
• For international consignments, billing will be for the actual costs incurred.

We accept payment cash-on-delivery inside Germany. Outside Germany, payment is in advance.

With cash-on-delivery consignments in Germany, Deutsche Post/DHL charges 2.00 COD handling fee. For delivery to Switzerland (CH) or outside the EU, the recipient will also incur extra customs and import duties.

Despite the greatest care, damages can be incurred during transport. In this case we obviously refund the damaged item free of charge. In the case of damages during transport, notification to the carrier, i.e. DHL or UPS, must be made immediately upon receiving the goods.
